macchine ISA producono
contenitori in plastica, di capacità
compresa tra 3 e 800 cc, caratterizzati
da grande costanza di parametri
(peso, volume e tolleranze).
I pezzi prodotti con questa tecnica, a
differenza di quelli ottenuti con
l'estrusione-soffiaggio, non richiedono
smatarozzamenti, macinazione e
riutilizzo degli sfridi.
Questi contenitori sono impiegati
tipicamente nel settore medicale, della
cosmetica, dell'alimentare ed altri
ancora.
ISA 30 e ISA 45 si distinguono per la
costruzione accurata e per

ISA machines produce plastic bottles

These bottles have excellent
mechanical strength, impact-resisting
and non-cracking mouth; thread are of
precise measurement, enabling 100%
close match with the bottle cap.
Weight and thickness of the product
can meet the requirement of the
design without any deviation. The
surface of the bottle mouth and body
is smooth and there is no joint seam.
No flash will occur at the mouth or
botto m of the bottle products.
The main applications of the bottles
produced with ISA machines are in
pharmacy, chemical, cosmetic and
food industries.
ISA 30 & ISA 45 are very reliable;
their hydraulic, electrical and
pneumatic components are of an

Three sections (injection, blowing and
stripping) are combined together to

Les machines ISA complètement
automatiques sont utilìsées pour la
fabrìcation de corps creux (flacons,
bouteilles), de capacité comprise
entre 3 et 800 cc. Une préforme est
injectée et ensuite plaquée par jet
d'air comprimé contre les parois d'un
moule.
Les pìèces qu'on obtìent n'ont aucune
bavure nì lìgne de jonction.
Les cols sont calìbrés à fin d'avoir une
tenue parfaite des bouchons.
Les corps creux fabriqués par les
machìnes ISA sont utìlisés
typìquement dans les domaines des
cosmétiques, des flacons médicales
et pour l'industrie alimentaire.
