Hopper mounted hot dryers are the most effective way of drying plastic granules. Drying directly at the machine throat eliminates the possibility of contamination or re-absorption of moisture when transporting from a central drying position to the machine hopper.
The SHD series of hot air dryers is ideally suited to the continuous drying of 8 to 120 kilos per hour of plastic granules.

- CD 9 SERIES CABINET DRYER
The CD 9 series portable cabinet dryer provide a cost-effective alternative to hopper dryers for small batch polymer drying applications. Each cabinet contains nine ( 9 ) removable trays, into which the material to be dried is laid to a depth up to 30 mm. During operation, a blower forces air through a heating chamber located on one side of the cabinet. The heated air then passes through a performed side wall and over the trays of polymer material. As the material dries, the moist air is exhausted through the other side of the cabinet. The CD 9 cabinet drier is suitable for drying all kinds of polymer material and is particularly useful in applications where simultaneous drying of different material is required

- SAL 300 SINGLE PHASE HOPPER LOADER
Single -phase hopper loader SAL 300 has been designed as a cost-effective, high quality unit which helps eliminate contamination and manual handling and particularly good for the transportation of free flowing virgin granules. The integral single-phase suction motor creates a flow of air which carries granules through the material line for the select time. The granules are then discharged directly into the processing machine hopper and the cycle is repeated until both the machine hopper and hopper loader bowl are full. All units have microprocessor control giving digitally: setting and display of loading time, loading function and mode selection. Cleaning of the filter can be carried out away from the machine by removing the complete suction head.

- SAL 800 THREE PHASE HOPPER LOADER
The SAL 800 three phase hopper loaders, are ideally suitable for relatively high volume operations, these hopper loaders offer conveying capacities of up 400 kilos per hour.
Weight placed on the existing machine hopper is reduced by placing the vacuum motor and control in a separate floor mounted unit. The additional space created by this gives increased access for maintenance and function setting.
